Lillian Nakrayko received her Education degree in 1985 from the University of Saskatchewan and has enjoyed a long successful teaching and counselling career in Saskatoon. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. She has recently retired from the education field and can now devote herself full-time to offer sessions to adults, adolescents and children. Her areas of specialization include grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, anger management, behaviour modification, depression, work stress and women’s issues. Lillian’s client- centred perspective is applied as she works within cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative, solution-focused, emotionally- focussed and play therapy orientations. She demonstrates her commitment to strengthen and contemporize practice by attending conferences, and reading literature and studies that relate to professional interests, especially childhood trauma and women’s issues. Phyllis Hodges holds an M.A. in Transpersonal Counselling Psychotherapy from Naropa University and a M.Sc. (Nutrition) from the University of Alberta. She has specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other leading-edge techniques for dealing with trauma, as well as body-based therapies, such as Hakomi. Phyllis also specializes in working with couples. She has completed both levels of the Gottman Institute training in couples therapy and has recently taken training for treatment of sex therapy and sex addiction. Phyllis blends this training with both Eastern and Western philosophies and spirituality into her practice. Treatment may include innovative approaches such as mindfulness, Hakomi, art therapy, or solution- focused therapy, always according to unique client needs and goals. Her specialties include trauma of all kinds, life transitions, eating issues and disorders, anger, anxiety, depression, grieving, couples counselling, conflict resolution, and hoarding, as well as coping with pain management and chronic illness (cancer). Llana Phillips, M.A., Counsellor/Therapist
Llana Phillips joined private practice in 1998. Llana has provided therapeutic support for many years with individuals, couples and families and their children and teens. In her private practice she incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, stress relief and management, couples counselling, brief treatment and relapse prevention. She provides counselling for substance use including alcohol, marijuana and “street” drugs such as cocaine and crystal meth and is mindful of the stresses related to addictions. Llana has an understanding of individuals who have work stress, marital and relationship issues, grief and loss, low self-esteem, anger, depression, anxiety and personal stress. She is experienced in issues relating to unlawful behaviours, including sexual offences and aggression. She is also experienced in working with victims of trauma including current experiences or childhood trauma and recovery. Llana has specialized training in Critical Incidence Stress Management and attends to on-site trauma requests.
Llana has also spent a large part of her career working with children and uses a play therapy setting with children under the age of 12 years. She is especially interested in helping children who are experiencing anxiety, prolonged separations, and grief and loss. She assists parents with fostering helpful and positive parenting methods. In addition to her counselling work, Llana has co-conducted evaluations and co-authored papers on programs involving people who experience serious mental illness such as major depression or psychosis; and has assisted with quality of life assessment following day treatment and fitness programs intended for people with serious mental health concerns.
Nayyar S. Javed, M.A., Registered Psychologist #432 (SK)

Nayyar Javed has studied at Colorado State University and the University of Saskatchewan. She has more than 35 years of experience in providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings. She has training in multiple modalities of therapy, and recently received training in Polyvagal Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Nayyar has enriched her work in psychotherapy with teaching, research, publishing, and advocacy. She has presented papers at the national and international levels, as well as publishing papers and book chapters. She has been a member of the United Nations NGO Committee on Mental Health and has served as a member on the Steering Committee of the Advance Institute of Feminist Therapy. Nayyar passionately pursues knowledge in psychology and the development of her skills. This helps her to stay in touch with recent advancements such as mindfulness and applications of neuroscience in psychotherapy. Nayyar has also developed and offered innovative programs for depression and eating disorders for refugees, and has extensive experience in working with the refugee and new immigrant population. Nayyar has skills in providing counselling services for depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), intimate partner violence, cross-cultural adjustment issues, trauma caused by colonization, and work place stress and bullying. Nayyar’s work is based on the belief that all human beings have the innate capacity to heal. Her experiences and training have enabled Nayyar to develop an integrative framework to offer personalized therapy that meets the unique needs of each client.

In addition to counselling/therapy, Rhonda has worked as an educator. With degrees from the University of Saskatchewan including a Master of Education (Psychology), Bachelor of Education (Secondary), & Bachelor of Arts, she has been employed in Saskatchewan K-12 schools, and relates well to adolescents and young adults.
As a leader in the non-profit sector, including work in health care, Rhonda has experience in Human Resources, working with Boards, government, and resource development. Rhonda has completed assessment of workplaces, with understanding of staff relationships and harassment.

She provides individual counselling and play therapy, and works with children, teens, and adults. Erin has a background in school counselling and community mental health on a First Nation. She has training in play and expressive therapies, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma, abuse, and grief counselling.

Holly is a registered psychologist who completed her master’s degree in school and counselling psychology at the University of Saskatchewan. Holly works with adolescents and young adults who would like help with improving their life experiences. Holly strives to provide a safe, caring, and non-judgemental space where people can share and explore their struggles. Kelsey completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Development Studies with an emphasis on social justice, multiculturalism, gender studies and equality (2014, Queen’s University, ON). In addition to her focus on social change, Kelsey’s other passion in life is her love for animals which led her to become a Registered Veterinary Technologist (2016, University of Guelph, ON). While assisting veterinarians in animal health care and supporting pet owners, Kelsey occasionally bore witness to the mental health challenges of co-workers and pet owners after loss of companion pets. Kelsey’s compassion for others led her to pursue a career in mental health counselling. While still working in animal health care, Kelsey pursued a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (2022, Yorkville University, NB).
Kelsey’s area of practice includes grief and loss and pet bereavement, and she also welcomes the opportunity to provide counselling for those who are in the medical field or other health care careers. She is particularly interested in providing therapy for those experiencing compassion fatigue and burnout. Additionally, Kelsey provides counselling to support clients through self-esteem issues, stress management, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-harm and suicidality, anxiety and depression.
Kelsey works with clients from ages 15 years and up, and provides both individual and couples counselling. Her approach is based on humanistic and client-centered therapies and she draws from a variety of approaches such as Narrative therapy, Mindfulness, Existentialism, Solution Focused therapy, and CBT to create a therapeutic environment that matches up with each client’s needs. Dr. Nutan Pandey, Counselor/Therapist
Nutan Pandey has completed all her education in psychology from DDU Gorakhpur University in India. She completed her Doctoral degree in 2002 and was involved in teaching undergraduate students in India as a lecturer. She emigrated from India to Canada 18 years ago. She started her career as a counselor in Regina in 2009. She is an experienced counselor, who provides services to a diverse population in Saskatchewan. She blends the elements of Eastern and Western psychological phenomena in her practice. She is registered with the Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).She is also a member in good standing of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
Over the years, both in India and Canada, she has worked with various people from different cultures. She is well versed with different languages including Hindi and Punjabi.
Nutan has experience working with child and youth as well as adults and couples. Nutan uses the following therapeutic approaches in her counselling practices: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Client-centred and Solution-oriented Therapy. Tansi (Hello), Chasity is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW). She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Regina in 2023 and she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Saskatchewan in 2012. She is a proud and compassionate Newhiyaw iskwèw (Cree woman). Chasity uses both an integrative therapy approach and Indigenous Holistic approach. Her approaches involve an aim to work at the imbalances of the four elements of wellness: body, mind, emotions, and spirit. She works with young people (ages 14 to 19 years) and adults. Her areas of practice include but are not limited to relational healing (self–healing and other relationships), self-harm, self-esteem, anxiety, suicide ideation, community disconnect, grief, and life transitions (such as moving away from home/your community or new parenting).
Chasity has experience working with children, youth, and adults through her current and previous employment. She has done some mental health and anxiety group work in a school setting. She has done some mental health/crisis management support work at a community level, and she currently provides education/support in the area of early childhood development and helping families build secure attachment relationships.
